Supportive Group
Our 11 Day Jumpstart comes with daily coaching and check-ins from Martha Krejci (who designed the 11 Day Jumpstart) in our supportive Facebook group. We are here to motivate, encourage and support you in your journey. We provide guidance and tips to help you stay the course and reach your goals! I myself Courtney Holt will also be there for you to help guide you and support your journey.
