Stay Hydrated Throughout The Day 
Drinking enough water throughout the day is essential for keeping your body hydrated and energised. Not only does it help keep you feeling full longer, but it also helps flush out toxins from your system. Try carrying a reusable water bottle with you wherever you go so that you can stay hydrated no matter where life takes you. If plain water isn't cutting it, try adding some lemon or cucumber slices to make it more flavourful! 

Get Moving Every Day
Exercise doesn't have to take up hours of your time! Consider activities that you can do with your kids, such as going for a bike ride or playing tag in the backyard. Even just 10-15 minutes of physical activity can make a huge difference in both how you look and how you feel about yourself. Plus, getting outside will give everyone an energy boost and help reduce stress levels over time.  

Weight loss and feeling strong and healthy in our body doesn't have to be complicated—it just takes consistency and dedication! Staying focused on eating nutritious food, staying hydrated throughout the day, and getting your body moving are key components in any weight loss journey. Don’t forget about getting enough sleep; restful nights will give you energy during the day and help ward off cravings for unhealthy snacks! With these tips in mind, any busy mum should be well on her way towards achieving her fitness goals!
